Naomi Faw Storyteller

Naomi is an award-winning storyteller who writes her own material based on her experiences growing up and living in the South-Central portion of the North Carolina Appalachian Mountains. She believes that when we listen to each other’s story our empathy grows because in stories we recognize our common humanity. She is a member of the National Storytelling Network and the NC Storytelling Guild. She is a Board Member at Large for the NC Storytelling Guild and serves on the Scholarship and Retreat Planning Committees.
